Guarantee
The BYTRE® eyewear frame selected by the customer has been individually inspected to confirm it is in flawless condition before sale. BYTRE® provides a limited warranty valid for one year from the date of purchase, applicable only under normal usage conditions. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the frame at no cost to the customer, provided the defect is the result of a manufacturing fault verified by BYTRE®’s quality control department.
This warranty does not apply to lenses of any kind, nor to damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidental impact, unauthorized alterations or repairs, or the natural effects of wear over time. It also excludes accessories such as nose pads, temple tips, and the protective case.
To validate the warranty, the original international guarantee card must be presented together with the frame. The card must be signed and dated by an authorized BYTRE® retailer at the time of purchase. If any of these conditions are not met, the warranty will be considered void and unenforceable.
Customers seeking warranty service are advised to send the BYTRE® frame securely packaged via recorded delivery to the official BYTRE® distributor in their country to prevent damage during transit.
We recommend that you send your BYTRE® eyewear frame carefully packaged in order to avoid damage by recorded delivery to the BYTRE® Eyewear distributor in your country.

Why Does BYTRE® Offer a Limited Warranty?
1. Protection Against Abuse
• Prevents customers from making claims for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
• Protects the company from having to cover repairs that are not its responsibility.
2. Focus on Manufacturing Defects
• The warranty covers only issues that originate from the manufacturing process, which is fair and reasonable.
• This allows BYTRE® to maintain quality standards without taking on external risks.
3. Exclusion of Non-Essential Components
• Items such as nose pads, temple tips, or protective cases are considered accessories or consumables.
• Their wear is natural and does not represent a manufacturing defect.
4. Legal Compliance
• In many countries, laws allow limited warranties as long as consumers are clearly informed.
• This helps avoid legal conflicts and ensures transparency.
🛡️ What Rights Does the Consumer Retain?
Although the warranty is limited, it does not eliminate the consumer’s legal rights. For example:
• In the United States, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act regulates warranties and requires clarity.
• In Latin American countries, consumer protection laws often guarantee repair, replacement, or refund in cases of serious defects.
